It was my first time boxing, and Thomas was extremely helpful. They have very welcoming, friendly staff. I felt very relaxed and comfortable coming in to learn! I had a great first experience.

Great place to get better at wrestling in Dallas. I highly recommend to head up there especially if your in high school Coach Rick knows a lot and he’ll get you in shape and ready to go and if you are consistent he’ll make you good to the point you’ll make it far.
