Great trailer!
I have had a tandem trailer for 4 years and have been very happy with it so far. But I have a technical problem now and the US support is a joke. They don't answer the phone, they rarely reply to emails. You are on your own. And that is not good when you need and rely on a functioning trailer. Update about a month later. I finally got the part I needed shipped to me after talking to the very good people in NZ. They said they were going to fix their customer service problem in the US. So I am upping my rating

Love the trailer, But beware of the winch rope that lowers the trailer breaking. I'm on my 3rd rope and Futura Trailer will not respond to help me with a fix. Beware !! you will be on your own..
Purchased my first Futura Super Sport trailer earlier this month. In the first month of ownership, I’ve used it to transport a vintage motorcycle 500 miles, winch an operable sports car and then unwinch it onto a 2-post lift for repair, and transport a race car to and from a track located 500 miles away.
