Serious professionals here. Had another security system installed previously and wasn’t even close to satisfied since they just left me to figure it all out, and took way longer than they said. Futronix was the complete opposite. Shawn took the time to explain everything to me, confirm that I was happy and fixed all the work the previous company did. SO happy with the work Futronix did.
I have been using Futronix for the last several years when it comes to all forms of security. They have done everything from my houses, garages, and commercial buildings. Brian knows exactly what he’s talking about and is always a phone call away! I don’t say this lightly; Brian absolutely knows anything and everything you possibly could in the AV world! Not once has he let me down! I absolutely love them and plan to continue using them on all properties.
Purchased a new home and made an appointment directly with Futronix at 1030AM (I spoke directly to the secretary). No one showed up, no one called on the day of the appointment. I've called the office about 7-8 times and never any answer. I left a voicemail with my name and cell # and no call back after 3 weeks.
As a customer of futronix' for over 5 years now both for various commercial client jobs and residential jobs. I'm here finally writing a review as I purchased a new home and they just finished installing our AV, Alarm, Monitoring, and Camera systems and couldn't have been happier. The attention to detail is important, and even though i've worked with them through various other projects over the years, they still took the extra time to answer questions, recommend certain products, and do a quality installation. I give Futronix 1 star because when Jason, the owner, is on your case, he’s great. However, I referred him to many people before he stopped servicing his current clients. I know at least one other family.. who Jason would not return phone calls when systems didn’t work. His follow through is terrible. He sells you things and then within 2 years, when they become obsolete, he charges more to upgrade. I’m talking $20,000 and then $10,000... and goes on and on. He sent someone to fix my back yard tv.
