The customer service is bad. For months, they set the golf cart outside to rust as they work on it. So you'll sit and wait for your cart to be returned, despite the fact that it's rusting outside and covered with pollen. I had only spent $700 the day before on new wheels and tires, which I had mounted on some fender flares because they had been fitted improperly the day before.
