As someone who rarely has good dental experiences, everyone here was so kind, professional and helpful! Lisa was my dental hygienist and she was just the sweetest, compassionate woman ever! She was gentle with all the instruments and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I came in to get a bite splint built to help with my ongoing jaw pain. I have a bad gag reflex and was not looking forward to getting the impressions needed to make the splint. When I sat down, instead of the traditional goop impressions a digital scanner was used to create a 3D map of my mouth in a few minutes! I didn’t feel close to gagging and, after talking to Dr. Futch, the scan can be used for multiple dental applications in the future. Futch Dental is the absolute BEST dental practice I've ever been to! Dr. Futch and his team are truly amazing! They are all so kind and helpful, not to mention very knowledgeable. They are always willing to answer questions and explain everything. Additionally, they offer a discount plan for uninsured individuals. You have to pay an annual amount for it, but it definitely helps with the costs of procedures in giving you a percentage off depending on which plan you decide to pay for, so it's worth it. My husband and I switched dentists due to insurance changes. What a wonderful staff, from the first greeting by Stephanie aka “Stefan”, David, office manager, Stephanie, dental assistant and Dr Futch. They all were friendly, professional and personable. Since both of us need more dental work, we look forward to visiting the Futch office in the near future.
