Dr Fussell did not make me feel comfortable. I really hate that I chose him to perform my surgery. His bedside manner is non existent and he does not appear to care about the clients. I am having very bad complications post surgery and he won't bother to even listen to what I have to say. Everytime I message him I feel.as if I'm getting on his nerves. My wife was seen for abdominal pain, suspected kidney stones, in 2018. We were from out of state. He sent us for a CT scan. After returning home to Florida, we called for the CT scan results. Said they could not tell us over the phone and we would have to drive to GA to find out. No mention of stones or other problems. We were not able to travel 6 hours back just for an office visit since they didn't mention any problems found. Now, 2 years later, my wife is in the ICU recovering from colon cancer surgery. Dr. Fussell appears to be knowledgeable, but after treating my condition empirically and retesting to determine if the treatment was successful, there was no follow-up and I was unable to learn the results of the retesting. The lack of follow-up indicates poor office/staff practices and management.
