I can't give you zero. Anyone using their service department BEWARE. Especially if your senior citizens. They will nickel and dime you to death (with repairs you don't really need) to get you to trade your vehicle for a new one. Case in point. My 70+ parents paid $1400 for an axle. Took back on Friday it's now a timing chain $2500-$3500. Cadallac called 10 minutes later how about trading it in? On Monday took to another mechanic. Didn't need timing chain. Just changed the oil. I purchased a 2022 xt5 from this dealer in August of 2022. Within not even two years of ownership it has been in the repair shop on 4 different occasions for warranty covered engine repairs. The first time occurring after only 6 months of ownership. This dealer is very aware of the vehicles issues yet every time it is needing looked at they push me off to a different location for repairs, they have yet to repair the vehicle once at their location.
