I would leave Zero stars if I could. Drop my car off at 8:15 for a recall and told it would be finished around lunchtime. Call around noon for an update… Car hasn’t even been touched but Chase assures me he will push it through immediately. Fast forward to 2:00 call back and go figure the CAR STILL HASNT EVEN BEEN LOOKED AT. Consumer service by service team was unacceptable. We were talked down too, talked at and told we don’t care when stated we wouldn’t be back for service needs or buy another car.
I bought a SUV that I paid cash for 31.556 for ,and 4 days later I just happened to be on the passenger side and seen that the front rim was bad . I went back and ask them if they would make it right and they wouldn't, they tried to say i did it when you could see it was old damaged. The rim cost 650.00 to fix .They also said on their pictures it doesn't show the rim bad but wouldn't show me the Picture.
