Great experience. Drove 11 hours from New York to purchase a truck from Fuson. I was hoping for a quick turn around to get back on the road. Fuson made the paperwork part simple and easy, I spent only about 45 minutes at the dealership. I recently booked an oil service and a wheel alignment. After oil change I was told that my inner and outer tie rod ends were seized and the job would be 7 hundred and some change I went and got a second opinion from Don’s I was told I didn’t need any of that work done so I don’t know if The mechanics fusion need to make certain amount of money daily but don’t tell people they need work done to there car if it’s not the truth but it’s not all bad there customer service is great Brandon is a pretty cool guy he is only telling... read more

Brandon (service) & Seth (Inventory/sales) are great! Even when there was bad news they stepped up, delivered and excelled at great customer service. The same could not be said about the owner, David Fuson. I asked for a return call to discuss issues, on what we would consider a possible a lemon vehicle, he never called. During negotiations to trade in said car, he made eye contact, but still wouldn't say anything to either myself or my husband. Thankfully, Seth excelled at customer service to rectify the situation.
