I came in for an oil change, so I expected regular service and treatment. I wasn’t looking for anything special but upon this visit I was met with excellent customer service as I stepped out of the car. Tionne is the representative who showed this exceptional service. He also reviewed with me the dynamics of my car along with detailed understanding some underlying issues that me occur. I really felt like I was in good hands!
