We make a point to stop at Fuso Italian Restaurant whenever we are passing through Vacaville. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is outstanding. We are treated as if we are special guests every time! It's a lovely dining experience.

Delicious food and service!
Food YES. Service good. But having a NON Service Dog in a restaurant with an open kitchen just steps away is wrong.

The food was amazing, it has so much flavor. The portions are generous and the service was fast and friendly.
Perfect place to eat in a cute historic area. Loved seeing my BFF and actually being able to talk and hear each other. Some restaurants are so noisy. This one is perfect. Food is great too.

Charming atmosphere. Professional, attentive, but not overly intrusive wait staff. Delicious, fresh, well prepared food. The bread was warm and fresh with a wonderful eggplant and balsamic reduction. Yum! Salmon canapés appetizer was generous and wonderful. Husbands Bronzino was perfection. Crispy skin and presentation lovely. My Caesar salad had great croutons, high quality anchovies, needed a bit more creaminess to the dressing, a larger chop to the romain and a juicier warmer grilled chicken breast.
