I went there to have my hair colored! Didn’t like what I got so they “fixed” it. At that point I still didn’t like it but felt pressured to love it. I called back again still not happy with what I had. I was suggested to go to a different colorist to help me. I ended up getting charged for a SECOND time and when I asked why I was being charged I was blamed for it, felt guilty and started crying. Have been going to Fusions for YEARS, even at their previous location. Great for massage. Always feel better afterwards and the shoulder stress disappears ! Also, I find that the greeting personnel are terrific...not only to me but when my husband would stop in to get me gift certificates--which I LOVE RECEIVING !!!, THEY TREAT HIM WONDERFULLY. Tina always gives me great service and good advice! So glad my sister and mom recommended Tina when I moved back home 6 years ago.
Got my hair done there and got a color and the lady who did my hair got hair dye all over my skin my sides and for head the hair dye got on my skin now i have this tint there horrible.i do not recommended and for the price they charge you would think there would be no issues what a joke i was better off going to like a best cuts or something atleast they would of done a better job by not getting hair dye on my skin and been cheap
