Self-care shouldn't feel like a hostage sales pitch. I'm deeply disappointed and uncomfortable with the owner. I've been here multiple times and bought several treatment packages--over $3,000 each time--yet after almost every appointment I'm pushed to buy more products. "No" seems to be treated as a starting point, not an answer; the upsell doesn't stop until she gets what she wants. Worse, she tried to film me during treatment and press me to promote her services. I booked a mole-removal appointment well in advance, showed up on time...and found the door locked. The owner was late, no notice, no apology--just me standing outside for over an hour like a fool. The only bright spot? A staff member who was also stranded outside kept me company--nothing says "professionalism" like employees locked out of their own workplace.
