One of Japanese restaurant on my 10th top places in Long Beach.
RUDE and completely lacking in hospitality. It doesn’t seem to concern Angela that she is representing the restaurant and her attitude is turning away long-time loyal customers. I was stunned by how cold and combative she was towards me. I asked kindly if I could sit down and eat inside, as I am pregnant, tired & hungry. Instead of compassion, I got shut down cold.
