We are a sports performance center for athletes of all ages and sports. We offer one on one sports performance training or group sessions. Whether it be returning from an injury or coming in for specific training, our Athletic Trainers and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coaches focus on getting our athletes at their top physical condition in order to compete.

I have been going here for about a month now and I am already seeing a change in my endurance and strength. With my unlimited membership, I have been going in 3-4 times a week. The staff is amazing. I have a wonderful experience coming to VGSP. Sarah, my personal trainer let me discussed with her my personal goals and she gave me all the possible options to make this so affordable and soothe all my needs. With the span of time given me in the course of my training, I can feel the magnificent change with regards to my endurance during my exercises.
