They have a ridiculous application process. First you pay $25.00 for an application fee that is nonrefundable. After you submit it they never get back to you in a proper timeframe. They do not follow up personally like a phone call. Instead they send vague emails trying to get you to do extra work for them regarding past rental properties. i’ve rented with fusion for 3 years now. they are so responsive and great to work with. i am so glad i found them! :)
Very professional with great communication to tenants! I chose my current apartment that I live in 3-4 years ago, because the apartment that I was living in before was under their management!
