⭐️☆☆☆☆ My experience with Sarra at Fusion Property Management was beyond frustrating. After refusing to process my application without a valid reason, I was completely ignored for weeks. On top of that, they held my deposit for weeks, only to return the same money order I initially provided—still made out in their LLC’s name—instead of properly refunding me. The incompetence is unreal. This entire process felt unprofessional and discriminatory. I would never recommend working with them.
Super shady company. They tried take a sentence from my lease agreement out of context to claim that renters insurance is required when it was never required before they bought the property and I did not sign a new lease with them. When I fought that the lease never required renters insurance before, they claim that even if it is not in the lease it is a part of their "policy" which I never agreed to or got a copy of. So far so good!!! I like Albert our Property Manager. He's been very kind and attentive to any questions or issues I've had. Kudos to Albert for doing a great job!!! A year later update: The on-site PM has changed, actually it's been a good while now. Response times haven't been the same. I will update a review one day.

After months of asking for assistance they discovered mold growing. Their personal property was damaged by the floods and the property management has consistently failed to respond to requests for reimbursement. This is not a cheap apartment, but this management company acts like slum landlords.
