Communication was excellent, everyone had great attitudes and a real desire to help, the whole process was seamless and without issues or problems.
This review is for Rudy Vegras. He is the property manager but he is so terrible. No responses to our emails, calls regarding to property issues. The property is 127 W. Cypress street. Anaheim. Stay away from this property management. There is no management whatsoever. The property is so run down and infested with cockroaches
After living at Dresden Place Apartments for many years, up until September 2024 my experience here was pleasant overall and the quality of life was good. Since September 2024, however, secondhand smoke from the apartment downstairs has been coming up into my unit. This is supposed to be a non-smoking building, and that is clearly stated in the lease.
