As always, Fusion Plumbing was great again. Came to fix a toilet leak - quickly identified that the issue was the wax seal (poorly done initial installation years ago), fixed it, and were on their way. The whole thing took less than an hour. These guys are honest, trustworthy folks, and do great work. But nearly fully booked all the time. If you're lucky enough to find time in their schedule, I'd highly recommend them.
Our water service line needed to be replaced, which is a complex job requiring experience. We obtained several estimates, and after meeting John, our decision was easy. He was knowledgeable, honest, professional, and took the time to explain the process clearly. His estimate was more comprehensive, fair and comparable to the others, but it was his experience, integrity, and confidence that earned our trust. We hired him on the spot. John responded quickly to my request for a repair and did a great job. Highly recommend!
John is professional, honest, and an overall great and hardworking guy that deserves all the praise and goodwill coming to him. He is very responsive with his communications, punctual with his appointments, and executed the repair as a true master of his trade. Fusion plumbers, John and Logan, were prompt, informative, patient with us, adapted practices for our "special" plumbing needs to what worked out beautifully and perfectly. I highly recommend Fusion, especially John and Logan. Will only use Fusion Plumbing from now on due to their professionalism, constantly keeping us informed of our options, gave me ongoing updates of how the plumbing job was going, explanations and willingness to be sure our wants and satisfaction were priority #1.
