I have been very pleased with all the staff at Fusion. They are professional but yet know how to make you feel comfortable when doing some exercises that you just don’t want to do. Laughing is great medicine, and everyone there seems to have a good sense of humor which adds to the atmosphere. I’m pleased with my progress that I am making because of the caring nature of the staff. I would highly recommend Fusion to anyone who is in need of Physical Therapy.
I walked in on Wednesday night to start therapy. A woman came near me who was not wearing a mask. I was surprised and asked one -of the employees ( who was masked) if wearing a mask is a requirement. She said it is "optional" when you are working out. I asked how they could do that when it. is the law. A woman lying down who was maskless chimed in that " wearing a mask is a recommendation not the law". Needless to say I walked out. This place is smaller than most gyms. Derek (the owner) and his staff of physical therapists are very good at what they do. The 2 locations are very clean despite being busy most of the time. The staff is very accommodating, professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend everyone that needs PT to try them out for themselves.
