I have been taking my pet here for about a 2 years they always do a good job how ever today I get a call from the owner telling me that my pet was ready at that time I was in Orlando picking up my wife from work and I would be about an hour or so to get there and she told me she was going to charge me $15 for picking him up late so on top $70 that she already hiked up the price this year I was charged $90 for my pet haircut and as much as I like the girl who takes care of him I feel that this is a bit abusive I will not be r... read more

Absolutely! We were not able to get our dogs groomed before our vacation, glad we couldnt. Words can not express how over the top happy we are. After many years owning shitzus this is the best grooming ever! Can not wait to bring princess and apollo next year!!
