I've come in a few times for different things, varying froma serious cold to a frozen shoulder. Dr. Cara's energy is relaxed and her bedside manner is gentle and the overall energy of her space is calming. She listens more than any MD I've ever seen. Her body work and injections are also gentle yet effective. She puts her heart into her work and it shows.
