Maku is very friendly and personable. Not sure how qualified this facility actually is they refer to pain doctor as their clinical team. I had under eye filler go very wrong and they sent me to him for advise. Then they sent me to an eye center/esthetician/plastic surgeon who said the filler needed to be dissolved but they didn’t listen to that they went another direction which lead to several time consuming treatments and eventually burning my face. Mariana, the owner of this company, completely DESTROYED MY LEGS through her laser hair removal services. She used the wrong temperature settings on me and then blamed it on the laser hair removal equipment. SHE COMPLETELY BURNED MY LEGS FROM TOP TO BOTTOM!!! Do NOT get a massage here. My niece and I came for a girls day out, including massages, facials, and paraffin treatments for each of us. The facials were lovely and soothing. The massages were short, perfunctory, did NOT include our hands or feet and were a complete disappointment. This ruined our entire day. This "spa" really seems more like a place for cosmetic procedures like hair removal laser services, and Botox, etc. I would not return here.
