Couldn't be happier with the service we received from Fusion. Their techs worked hard, didn't waste time, were very polite and explained things clearly. The folks in the office were knowledgeable and followed up promptly with answers to our questions. Probably the best customer service experience I've had in years.

I Can not say enough good things about this place. Got my unit from them, installed by them, serviced by them and they came out on the 4th of July when I woke up and my A/C unit was not working. I am so very thankful for the service they provide. If you are looking for a new unit, or need help with one, please reach out to them. You will not regret it. Fast, reliable and honest. These guys are 10/10 all day, and twice on Sunday’s.
