My 89yr old mother in law who has had three strokes and has a catheter uses this company. The normal nurse Rachel is very good and caring kind considerate. The on call nurse is lazy don’t want to come out when there is an issue with her catheter. We called on a Saturday night about her catheter and she made up some excuse why she didn’t want to come out and basically told us to go to the ER.
