Fusion Health Services was the worst place I've ever been in my life. The phone was never answered, they made you go every month when it wasn't necessary so they could charge you, I had a person who is not a medical person give me medication and I could go on. The worst thing about them was that I had forgotten my appointment and tried for a whole month every day to call them to find out when my appointment was. I honestly believe my experience with the Concord office was largely a matter of unfortunate timing. I have continued to recommend both Fusion Health Services and Dr. Hsu to other chronic pain patients because I know many people who have had truly positive experiences with them. Nurse and Office Manager Stephanie is an absolute gem and has always been wonderful in my book. As a fellow nurse I truly appreciate everything she did and tried to do.
