Just want to say I've never had an owner of a business reach out and genuinely ask what they could do to improve. Not only did he reach out, he actually took the steps to change the gym and make it better. I have deep respect for owners like this and will continue to go to Fusion Fitness!
Started working out at Fusion Fitness a couple months back. I don't know what happened but the new owners have let this place go. First the ceiling in the mens restroom is caved in. Second only two treadmills work. Third why are all the machines so close to eachother. To the owners genuinely fix your gym until then I'm done with my membership.
