Darby leads with a rare combination of humor. precision, passion & motivation. Her sequences are purposeful & super challenging, but easy to modify if you’re an old gal like me!
I’ve taken a couple classes so far, I really like how the instructors cue and encourage you to keep pushing. Love that heavier weight is used as well! I will definitely be back and the Sweat Lab space is clean, aesthetic, and equipment is the best of the best!
