From the beginning very welcoming, I liked the instructor Hope giving us a tour and telling us to take the workouts at our pace with as many modifications as you can. The space (and definitely the workout clothes) were so cute!! I live far in MO but wanted to try this place and I am proud I did because it was worth it, you won’t feel ashamed if you can’t follow all the workouts, go your pace and the instructor will encourage that as well.
Great class! Challenging, encouraging, targeted, thorough instruction to improve form and sweaty! Everything you want in a class and more!!
Checked out the new space today and took a class with Joscelyn. It was exactly what I needed this morning and the positive energy was contagious. Leaving feeling ready to conquer my work day and sparkling on my way out ;)
