This place has been a great place to learn self-defense and met new friends. Their services were great. Instructors were personable and professional to work with. They offer different types of martial arts like The Krav Maga, Muay Thai, Karate, and Jiu-Jitsu which were also well known nowadays for a great workout but also learning to defend yourself in one. I do recommend this place to everyone looking for fitness and workout in one.
