Couldn't recommend AJ more for sports rehab. After months of intermittent shoulder and back issues, he helped me get to the bottom of it. He provided advice and exercises that I can incorporate in my regular training and I've seen major improvement. He's very knowledgeable and uses a variety modalities to resolve issues(cupping, strength exercises, soft tissue massage). For those needing a chiropractor, I highly recommend Dr. AJ. Besides being a very nice, professional, good natured guy, he is very competent in his services. He provides adjustments, pain management and metabolic training to help with your gym routines. When I pulled my back he very gently but effectively helped me recover from it quickly.
