The best catering company in town! They have the best food, work with you to make you happy and are always receptive to your needs and requests. I can't recommend them enough! They are GREAT! Thank you guys! You always hit it out of the park for Safran USA.
Absolutely loved this place! Dragged Juan to each appt I had throughout the process but fusion made it fun and tasted amazing!! The street tacos were a huge success and the cake is delicious without being too sweet. I will definitely use them for any future catering events and will recommend them to anyone I know looking for a caterer.
My husband and I absolutely loved our experience with Fusion Catering! Before our wedding Mr. Trevino was extremely flexible with our plans. He went above and beyond to make our big day go well for us. On top of all that, we got a ton of compliments on our food and cake that night. We ordered the chicken fajitas, rice, beans and sweet tea. We also got the strawberry and chocolate cake. All delicious. I highly recommend this wonderful team!
Genaro and his team were wonderful! The chicken was perfectly moist! We didn't even need a knife to cut it. The cilantro rice is my favorite! Our cake was delicious! Thank you so much!
Fusion Catering did an amazing job for my wedding! From the first day we met with them for our menu ideas and a quote they were so professional and went above and beyond to provide the best customer service! On our wedding day everything went so smoothly and there was not one complaint from our guest! We will definitely use Fusion Catering for all future events and make sure to let others know as well!!

Thanking for delicious food served at our daughter's wedding last night. Everything was soooooo good. The hit of the evening were the street tacos made on site later at the evening. Everyone was raving about them. The only complaint I have was the late arrival of the caterer so cocktail hour didn't begin as planned but as far as the food is concerned , no complaints there! !!

I just hired them for my wedding they did an amazing job. The food was great they were very professional and the prices were very reasonable. They also did my wedding cake. I was very impressed by Fusion. I would most certainly hire them again for future catering needs.
I'm a little late, but I must say that everything was AWESOME and DELICIOUS on my wedding day May 24th. When I was unsure of the food choice I had made(because of family members from different parts of the country) Genaro asked me to stop by and try something else to my satisfaction. Everyone is still talking about the food and appetizers. Thanks so much for a job well done!!
