I am absolutely in love with my new nails! Jenny did an amazing job—the shape, color, and design are exactly what I wanted. I've gotten so many compliments already, and I can't stop staring at them myself. Definitely recommend booking an appointment with her!

Horrible customer service. I was a first time customer - called at 1230pm to make an appointment for 7pm- the man I spoke to said to come in at 630 instead. Ended up waiting almost half an hour to be seen - while they let other walk ins in ahead of me. They didnt even apologize for the wait or offer any discount. To top it off I showed then a direct example of what i wanted on my nails (unicorn white chrome) and they didnt even do what I asked. Never going again.

First-time customer — the service was quick and good, but the cleanliness and hygiene are concerning. The same UV lights were used for different clients’ hands and feet without any sanitizing, which really grossed me out. I’m also not sure if the towels were changed between clients, as I didn’t see mine being replaced.
