This complex is a rip off..with shady practices .Paid the application and holding fee and never received my holding fee back..No one seems to know how to get in touch accounting for answers..Definitely would not recommend this place.. shady practice equals shady management..almost 45 days and still no refund!!! By the way they never answer the phone or respond to emails in a timely manner.
I like the community so far. The lady name Ida in the off5 helped me and my husband from start to finish.

Octavia has a very warm and welcoming personality. She is very attentive and is a great lister. She makes sure everything is smooth sailing. And the kids absolutely adore her.
