My Daughter ordered Sushi - she was busy with exams so I went to pick it up. Brought home the sushi to find they had forgot to give us 2 rolls that I had paid for . I tried to call Immediately- no answer - had to leave a message - called At least 3 times - My daughter finished her exam - about 20 mins after I picked it up & I told her what happened - She went directly there to tell them about the mistake - and there were so rude & mean to her . Awful customer service!!!! They do not know how to separate orders. It cost me way more than it should have and the lady was rude! I do have to add the sushi was over the top yummy. Maybe work on being a little nicer. If that was different I would definitely recommend.
If you’re looking for sushi, this is the place for it! The staff and owners here are amazing and the food is awesome!
First time for all you can eat Thursdays. Everything was amazing from the food to the service. Can't wait to go back!!
