I'm a woman in my 60s who has not worked out in many years. As a health care provider I know the importance of staying fit and especially lifting heavy weights to maintain muscle mass and bone density. I signed up for the Fifty Strong program at Fused Fitness (because I am fifty and was definitely NOT feeling strong). The program is amazing! It gets you great bang for your buck with tons of included classes to choose from each week. The small group classes are fantastic. The coaches and the other participants are all super encouraging and there is a huge comradery amongst the people working out so it drives you to work hard. Fused Fitness in Peekskill, NY is the place to go if you are out of shape and struggling with your weight. I highly recommend Fused Fitness to anyone looking for a fitness studio that provides a welcoming, supportive, and challenging environment. I joined the 7-week Fused Fitness 50 Strong Program which was the perfect incentive to get me on track to bring my energy levels up and increase strength.
