Lizette is amazing and so knowledgeable!! I always leave feeling so clean and refreshed from her facials!!
Caitlyn (not sure if I spelled right) not only gave me the most beautiful, soft caramelly color, but was also very sweet and easy to talk to. I’m on day 3 of the style she gave me and it still looks amazing… I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!
Disappointed in my experience with Fuse as a whole. I booked a cut and color all over a few weeks ago and when I was on my way to the appointment, I was asked if I could come 30 minutes later than my original time because Ashley was running behind with another client, however my appointment was not even booked with Ashley. Got my daughter hair braided with tinsel at the Fall Fest and the girl made it sound like it would be one price total and instead charged a much higher price when she was finished. And the braid is already falling out after 20 minutes.
I am truly devastated. After years of trying to find someone to help with my hair loss and damage I thought I had finally found a caring and wonderful stylist in Ashley. She was amazing. I called today to make my monthly treatment appointment and was told by the front desk worker that Ashley “was done” and would no longer see me because of all of my no shows.
