Terrible maintenance team. I’m not sure if the fault lies with the owners or Fuse as their agent. (Perhaps they are one and the same.) Regardless of who is failing… our building has not had snow removal since February 14. Tenants have paid contractors out of pocket to get out of the driveway. LTB indicates landlords have 12-24 hrs from a snow fall to clear. Seems exterior maintenance is as difficult for Fuse as hiring an interior cleaner. If I could give them a zero I would. This company is a shining example of mismanagement, not management. The experiences had by the residents of a six unit apartment building in Orillia are truly nightmarish. They ignore requests for service. They do not respond and they do not address the issues. The property is a disgrace. The weeds are 4' tall in the yard. The grass does not get cut. The city actually came and cut the grass along the road it was so high.
