Allan was able to fix the problem with my AC. [Update of my review from 4 weeks ago] The technician was here a month ago and I thought he fixed the problem. But the AC started to not work again. He came in today and replaced a part, so hopefully it works this time.
Allan was on time, professional and knowledgeable. We really appreciated his expertise and help diagnosing our A/C issue.
