We had considered replacing our old noisy furnace for awhile, and finally felt it was time, but who would do the best work at a fair price? We chose FUSE and super happy that we did. The attention to detail from both the office and the field technicians was really impressive! The work they did was impeccable, on time and they even helped with the rebates available. You really could not pick a more professional organization than this.
Our furnace was working intermittently. We had someone come out, find a busted capacitor, come back the next day with a new one, and fix it for a reasonable cost. The serviceperson showed me a video of the broken capacitor and resultant leakage before giving me the quote, and even fixed a wire that was out of place. Rarely do I get such great service!
Very diligent work. And detailed analysis of a complex situation. Excellent diagnosis and solution!
