Vladimir, HVAC engineer from Fuse, came to my rent home to find the cause of failure for my HVAC system which my previous contractor failed to find. Vladimir checked the system one by one including control boards and finally he figures out the burnt board. He tested the failure unit by swapping the control boards from my 2nd HVAC unis and confirmed it works. Great job! Now I ordered new control boards waiting for installation. Update March 24. Samuel was fabulous. Extremely hard working, resourceful, and conscientious. He had very high standards and cleaned up thoroughly each day. We had a complicated installation that took 6 days and he managed a team of 2-4 people. A+ work
