I had two techs from other companies look at my rental unit's gas wall heater. The heater would go on but pilot light would not stay lit. One tech suggested the tenants just re-light pilot every time because the breeze from outside was probably blowing it out The second tech suggested we needed a new heater, estimating $5000+.
