I wish I could give negative stars. We’ve had their system just over a year and it never works properly. Our heater went out in the dead of winter. AC didn’t work on the hottest days and they came the other day to fix that and now the heater isn’t working again. They’ve also forgotten us twice. I would NEVER recommend this company
