Dennis is wonderful--very competent, helpful, friendly, and professional. He first tried to repair my oven, but it was to far gone after being here for probably longer than the forty years I've had it. and so he located the part and ordered it. He came back and quickly installed it, checked it, and demonstrated it had been fixed. He was everything I could ask for. Thanks.

Initial appointment was missed with short notice. They acknowledged their mistake and rescheduled at my convenience. The technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up the appliance area after service. He showed me the old parts and cellphone images of the new parts installed and areas cleaned and serviced. It was as professional a job as it could be, the result was what we wanted and AS A COURTESY THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE VISIT OR THE PARTS! How could I not recommend them? Dennis is very professional and courteous. His work is clean and speedy. George and Arthuro were both very responsive with the booking and permit process. Glad we now have a working exhaust vent!

We have an older dishwasher that recently began leaking. They were able to come the same day and repair our dishwasher. The technician was very friendly and knowledgable and was able to complete the repair in one trip. The prices were reasonable and I definitely recommend them. I will definitely do business with them again.

Vlad from Pacific Appliance Repairs was amazing! He came, he saw, and he fixed! Not only did he install a new igniter for our oven, he took a look at our icemaker that was clogging up and told us what to do to make it right to save us money! He was very professional and knowledgeable with a great personality. Thank you Vlad!
