So apparently you didn’t understand my complaint.. I was not told of the up charges until AFTER service was complete. That’s a trap! When I’m getting what I pay for the cost is nothing. As far as reaching out at the time of service I was to upset , I would not have been so nice. When you visit as many times as I did and a hair dresser cannot comprehend your request for service there’s a problem.
