Well..at first Chelsea was great! Super friendly and (seemingly) flexible. Although I will say, you always have to be first to text her to confirm appointments (you would think the business would reach out to the customer to confirm appointments that were made 3+ months ago). This is a bit unsettling for a bride. Then as soon as COVID started happening, my texts were not being answered, my trial (1 on 1..no covid rules being broken) was cancelled by her 3 times for no good reason, I was always the one attempting to reschedu... read more
