With an interior bathroom and no windows for light, I was literally in the dark. He came and not only replaced the lighting fixture, but after he had worked all day he made a special stop to take care of me. Fuse electric replace my electrical service the price was very reasonable and the service was exceptional. Mo the main electrician is very knowledgeable in this field with a state journeyman license you know you are getting the best customer service and a well done job!
A while back I exchanged an email dialogue with one of their employees, Mohamed Muniem. He refused to come out and give me an estimate on a remodel unless I paid him $200. He justified this by saying it was because customers fall through all the time after being given written estimates. Two takeaways for me here. First, if your estimates are constantly being abandoned, that's a strong indication that you're overpriced, or otherwise undesirable to work with.
