Do not live here. Save yourself the trouble. It’s not worth it. The elevators are death traps(firefighters agreed with me), the building is disgusting, and they don’t fix or clean anything unless forced to. There has been two incidents where vomit sat for months, the 5th floor trash chute has been broken for months, all of the elevator FIRE DOORS have been broken for close to a year now. DO NOT LIVE AT FUSE! During my son’s tenancy, Property Manager Leah White attempted to extort additional combined fines of $1000 from my son and another leaseholder in the unit, for a lease infraction committed by a 3rd leaseholder. She imposed other fines that I had to pay so as not to have a negative impact on my credit.
