WORSE service ever! Patty (the owner) is unorganized! I interviewed with her for an executive position with a business in upstate NY and she insisted I was perfect material for the job. See, I really didnt want to take it to anything that I felt would come across wrong, but I have NEVER been this dissatisfied ever in my life with how a staffing agency operates. There should be regular communication between the applicant and the assigned Job Developer. I didnt want to say it has anything to do with my natural ethnicity. Moreover, If there is a position that you feel is appropriate for me I should be recieving an e-mail, phone call something in addition to my own efforts to gain employment. Avoid, avoid, avoid! Unprofessional, pathetic communication. No follow up when your resume is sent out. They send you to interviews for absolutely awful, part-time jobs. I was supposedly placed in one job, interviewed with the employer and was told directly that I was hired - and waited for weeks to begin. They strung me along forever, saying that I would be starting soon - then I heard nothing more.
