Terrible. I called for 9 yards of 3/4" washed stone and was told it would be delivered the same afternoon by 4:30 p.m. I took a half day off of work because I always want to be present when deliveries are made at my residence. I received a call at 3:30 p.m. telling me they would not be able to make the delivery that day which was a big inconvenience for me, but since they were apologetic and seemed sincere I agreed to take the delivery first thing the following morning. Ordered 3 yards of topsoil (81 cubic feet), which was delivered last weekend. The pile looked a little small, so I measured the dimensions (an elongated pyramid - base 10', width 6', height 2.5', top length 5') to determine that the volume delivered was 62.5 cubic feet. When I called to discuss the shortfall, the guy (owner?) responded that he wanted to make a wager with me to see who was right.
