no one answers the phone. you can only leave a message. left several messages and unable to talk to anyone. They are unwilling to help with a patient's concern for their hiatal hernia

Absolutely disregarded my mom, she had surgery to get her gallbladder taken out, she seemed like a literal dead body unable to speak or open her eyes when she was released. It seems like complete neglect, I didn’t know people were able to be released the minutes right after their surgery. She never healed the surgery area actually got infected and she had to go to the er stayed for 4 days, Monday- Friday.
