Poor service and communication at the South St. Paul location. I had a very difficult time getting in touch with my service advisor, Chris, who was consistently unavailable. Jake and Tucker both told me they would leave messages for him, but when I followed up with Chris, he said he had never received any messages. This place used to be great. But the sales team is all different now, Teejay is gone, Justin is gone, Alicia isn't in sales anymore, some of the front desk has had a change over, Brooke is gone... All my favorite people gone. If any of them ever come back, maybe I will too.
Christian was wonderful! He was transparent and straightforward. Couldn't have asked for a better salesman and would recommend him to ALL my friends and family. Extremely grateful for this crew!
Nathan Schaak in the service department is fantastic. I brought my gladiator in for some engine issues and he made the process easy. He kept me updated and always returned my calls quickly. Very happy with the service. The tech ( I think Tim was his name) even came in on his first day of vacation to finish the job. Overall a great experience!
