The service department is bad did not fix my issue and payed over 500 for all most nothing they charged me 250 to diagnosis the problem and caused more problems to my car with a wrong diagnosis. Came in later to complain and tell them they diagnosis it wrong and they want to charge me another 250 plus wait a week to look at it. They are not interested in being of service the are interested in ringing up your bill and making money. I have a warranty and everything they wanted to fix wasn't on my warranty.

So upsetting with the way they handled their customer service. When I brought in my Kia they advise the diagnostic should not take long and that it should run about $50 or so dollars ..they ended up charging me $240 dollars for break fluid I didn’t ask to be added and $190 for diagnostic. Very misleading and not at all transparent with their charges. They didn’t advise anything I didn’t already know therefore wasting my time and money . I was a long time customer but will no longer be bringing my vehicles here.
