We have had several bad experiences with our previous groomer, from taking 4.5 hours to groom her, not cutting her how we ask, to not even finishing her groom in one appointment. After our last experience it was the straw that broke the camels back for me. I decided to search for a new grooming service and let me say we are beyond impressed.
