We are a not for profit 501(c) 3 no-kill not for profit rescue organization and veterinary hospital. We specialize in pet adoptions by caring for and finding permanent loving homes for the cats and dogs that are in our facilities. Our hospital provides quality affordable health care to the public. In addition to our Jupiter adoption facility, we operate a 27 acre sanctuary in Palm City. We have approximately 175 animals in our care.

I volunteer 20 hrs a week at the Thrift Boutique, WHAT GREAT LADIES WORK THERE, its a gas! All but four of the 25 of us are volunteers and we work hard and as a team to ensure we only sell the best things at great prices. No donations go to waste and luckily we have many to go through daily. If you need some fun in your life and you really want to save animals come join us; each $1 you help us raise buys 2lbs of dog food for our shelter animals, the work makes a difference!
My dogs have only had two vets in their very long lives, and I was very nervous about taking them somewhere new. They’ve been through a lot the last eight months with a lot of changes, and I was concerned about a new doctor on top of it all. My apprehension was completely allayed by Furry Friends. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and more thorough. The doctor was kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. Very affordable as well. I can’t recommend them enough.
Furry Friends is the most amazing Organization. The staff at the adoption center and clinic are the most compassionate and caring employees! I called them 10 minutes before they were closing, and I spoke to Tracy. She told me to come on down. I was interested in adopting a female kitten but when I got there and saw my boy Indy I was hooked! The facility is very CLEAN and inviting! I even got a call several days later seeing how things are going!!! would highly recommend them.
I recently broke my arm and injured my knee and was no longer able to care for the big dog that my daughter had left at my house. As soon as Furry Friends heard about my predicament they made space for her right away. My son dropped her off today and said everyone was so kind and helpful. I’m so relieved and so glad that she’ll be well taken care of and given the medical attention she needs. Our community is so very fortunate to have this safe haven for dogs and cats! I rescued this puppy, Coco when she was about 6-9 months old and Furry Friends was then called another name. Sadly she passed away just before Christmas, ‘12. She went on to give my wife and I 14 incredible years. We’ve had several days since then but she was truly a one of kind. Just wanted to thank you for doing what you do.
