Very nice staff and very friendly. This was our first time there and we felt welcomed. Snickers want too unhappy until they tried to trim her back claws. The dr was very knowledgeable and personable. We have a new vet!!.
Staff was rude .. mishandled my adoption by giving a dog I had bonded with for 3 days to another family with no explanation!! Unprofessional and staff gave conflicting information... do not use this shelter !
The best experience. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The dogs were well taken care of and it was very clean. It was as smooth transition bringing our baby Galileo home. Always adopt�
So many positives about Furry Friends, I could sing their praises all day. From the Front Desk Staff, Veterinarian, Vet Techs, Director, actually the entire staff and importantly their Mission of rescue, adoption and humane treatment of animals. The first time we visited was for appointment in the Clinic for our Poodle. He was was seen by Dr. Vinosky who was friendly, helpful and fun. Next, we visited the rescue. You can guess what happened next. We love them.
